DELIVERY OPTIONS
Automatic Delivery Service
The most worry-free and cost-effective delivery system for a propane customer is Automatic Delivery. Affordable Propane uses a state-of-the-art tracking system that monitors weather conditions and then calculates your gas usage to determine when your tank needs to be filled. You don’t have to worry about watching your tank gauge … that is our job.
Add Budget Billing and an Auto-Pay option, and you can relax, and enjoy worry-free propane service!
Will Call Service
As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your propane tank and contacting us when the level reaches approximately 30%, or a minimum of 10 business days supply remaining.
During peak season, Will Call deliveries can take up to 10 business days. Requesting service at 30% helps us schedule your delivery in time and reduces the risk of an out-of-gas situation.
For the most worry-free experience—and to help avoid OOG and special delivery fees—we strongly recommend Automatic Delivery, where we monitor your usage and schedule deliveries for you. Let us take care of the worries.

Your deliveries are scheduled using advanced calculations that measure daily temperatures in your area, your usage history, an estimate of your own future usage as well as other factors to determine when the next delivery will be needed.
For added convenience, we offer wireless tank monitoring systems. Your tank “phones home” so we always know when you need propane and schedule your deliveries accordingly.

Budget payments are automatic payments so it’s one less thing for you to worry about!
A regular, fixed payment amount automatically comes out of your bank account on a monthly basis, allowing you to spread the total annual cost of your propane over 12 months. Paying this way means that you can spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year.

PREBUY / CONTRACT PURCHASE
Prebuy is a propane pricing option that allows eligible customers to purchase a set number of gallons in advance at a locked-in rate. This rate is secured for the gallons you pre-purchase, helping protect you from seasonal price changes and giving you predictable fuel costs.

While online enrollment is limited to specific months, Prebuy may be reviewed year-round on a case-by-case basis.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO
Customers who are not on a Budget Plan will receive a meter ticket invoice at the time of delivery and a monthly statement for any remaining balance.
As a Will Call customer you are responsible for calling us to have propane delivered. We require a 10 working day notice for delivery, so please let us know when the tank gets to about 30% full. Special trip charges and other fees may be incurred if a Will Call customer has an out of gas situation or if we have to make a special trip to accommodate their fill.
