We require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice. If your tank is less than 30% full, please contact our office to discuss your options.
We will contact you if we have any questions about your request.

ATTENTION WILL CALL CUSTOMERS
If you choose to be a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the amount of propane in the tank and calling us to have propane delivered. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR WILL-CALL POLICY.
It can take 7-10 days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please let us know before your tank gets to 30% full to avoid incurring additional fees.
If notice is less than 7 working days and requires a special delivery during business hours, a $75 “Special Trip Charge” will be payable at the time of delivery. If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 “After Hours Charge” will be assessed at the time of delivery. Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service.

we encourage all non-Route customers to consider upgrading
their account to automatic route delivery.
